that's so horrible! he's 3! and she thinks it's funny, Granted she was only 13 at the time but at 13 you know the difference between right and wrong. I'm glad she(the mom) was informed, I would want to know if my child(when I have one in the far away future) was taking/in a picture like that. and on top of that! what if,god forbid, he had dropped it or something, he could have injured himself or her
